Reaching the Nations

As a student I was involved in literature distribution in Italy with Operation Mobilisation during summer vacations. I then went to Nigeria with VSO as a teracher. These were life changing early experiences in my Christian understanding of the Biblical mandate to reach the nations. I returned to Nigeria, with my wife Barbara, where we worked with the Kanuri Muslim people of Borno state. I went on to work with SUM Fellowship (now Action Partners) in the UK. My links continued with the Church of Christ in Nigeria (COCIN) and other churches of the Sahel region in Tchad, Cameroon and The Sudan.
Thousands of international students come to study in our universities and language schools. Friends International is a church-based ministry offering welcome, unconditional friendship, social activites and opportunities to explore Christianity. I worked with this exciting ministry in London.
More recently I have been involved with the church in the Great Lakes Region of Africa especially Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi. I have visited many church development projects and theological colleges.
Currently my focus is the ministry of the churches of The Middle East in Lebanon, Israel and The Occupied Territories and in Egypt.
I have led visiting teams of church leaders to Mid-Africa and to the lands of the Bible.
